When you join the xxxxÉ«ÇéƬ State faculty, your xxxxÉ«ÇéƬ State Network Use Account will be created automatically. New employee information is entered into our Colleague (SID/SIS) database by Employee Services. Within 24 hours, this information will be used to generate a user account, which you will need to access any of xxxxÉ«ÇéƬ State network systems, including , ,Ìý, campus computer network, and other network database systems.

While we can’t provide password information over the phone or via email, you can look up and reset your information by using the online password reset application. Please note that it’s very important that you read through all the instructions.

Blackboard is xxxxÉ«ÇéƬ State’s online learning management system. Blackboard course shells are automatically created for each course taught at xxxxÉ«ÇéƬ State. Faculty can use it to post course syllabi, lecture materials, homework materials, grades, and more. Blackboard enables faculty to manage student discussion boards, blogs, and/or journals. Its email functionality lets you send a message to all the students in a class with a few clicks of your mouse. Access Blackboard via myWooState or by typing into your Internet browser.
